Dr Yeates is very thorough at explaining the procedures, and he helped me with my allergies. I highly recommend him. the Medical Assistants are very nice and helpful, if you need something they get right to it. The office manager is very nice and friendly, I had to get in quickly because of my allergies and she got me right in.

He was thorough and professional. He took the time to listen and look at things other doctors would overlook.

Worst experience I have ever had, left me sobbing in tears.

There was a miscommunication regarding the location I was supposed to meet for my appointment. So I called in 10 minutes prior to when my appointment was supposed to begin, asking where in the building to go. The office manager Melissa told me that I was NEVER told that location and that they have never been there (although I was specifically given that address and had it written down). She then put me on hold, so I began driving to Orem from American Fork. When she came back on, she told me that I would not make it in time so I shouldn't even come, I would need to reschedule. I had the right address in my gps and at this point would have gotten there only 5-10 minutes late. I told her this, to which she told me that they still wouldn't accept me, "you're not her only patient" and that my options were to "cancel my appointment completely" or "reschedule". The next appointment wouldn't be for another month.

(My disease makes it so that I cannot eat because my throat swells constantly due to an allergy that is unknown. I am also breastfeeding a newborn baby so this is effecting my milk supply. I had also been waiting almost 3 months for this appointment. I ALSO just paid off my deductible so I could afford to see the allergist but if I were to go in January I wouldn't not be able to afford it.)

I began crying and explaining all of this to Melissa, begging her to take me only 5 minutes late. She gave me absolutely no options and was defensive and blaming me for not knowing the location.. "if you didn't know you should have looked it up." ... why would i doubt the location I was given? It was definitely my fault that I went to the wrong place and I should have confirmed, yes. However she called me the previous day and did NOT confirm the location so I thought I was going to the right place.

But she gave me the absolute worst costumer service I have ever received and was very unkind, interrupting and unsympathetic.

I'm sure Tammy is great, but i will never know because I will not be going to see her due to the terrible experience that I had. Do not go to this location.

I'd give -10 stars if I could. What a ridiculous practice.
The office was empty, only one patient in the back, and they had major construction outside but didn't mention that when the appt was scheduled. It was raining. They were informed we were running late.
I walked in 20 minutes late, because the construction-- a cement mixer had just stopped on the only road in, so I had to sit there until it moved.
If the office had been busy, I'd understand. But it was literally just us there! And they made us reschedule. My son has been off of allergy medication for a week for this appointment. When I explained the construction had made us late they didn't care. I'm also very pregnant and honestly, all things considered, ANY other office would've still seen us. I've worked in Dr offices, and those circumstances would've meant they'd see us. These people are ridiculously asinine and unaccommodating. Will not be rescheduling there.

As a plus, I'm glad we weren't seen there now that I've seen the awful reviews they have. Dodged a bullet I guess.

Worst, worst, worst doctor's office I have ever visited. The majority of the staff wasn't even wearing scrubs. My kids had to stand on a bathroom scale that was balanced on top of a piece of broken cabinetry. I asked if they recently got a new scale or something, but they didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently it had been that way forever. The office was messy and cluttered. We met with Dr. Yeates, and like the reviews warned, he had absolutely no social skills. Today my kid's allergy tests finally came back, almost a week after my appointment. The office manager who called gave me virtually no information about what the allergies meant. Also, even though I requested to have both of my kids tested for cats and dogs, they "forgot" to add dogs to my son's lab order, so I am going to have to repeat the tests anyways. Do yourself a favor and find ANY OTHER ALLERGY clinic. This place has got to be the least professional, most unorganized, least friendly office around.
