This is weeks overdue. Moving is stressful. Moving trucks can seem like a racket. One way rental from Oakland to Sacramento. Starr helped me on the Sacramento end. SUPER FRIENDLY, fast and professional. Friendly was more important, it was a nice start to my life here. Thanks!

Great customer service at check in and check out. But The car i pick up was dirty with bugs everywhere, and the radio was not working and the charger was not working. What a crappy car they gave. No sorry or empathy from anybody from the company. Car sucks!

Awful experience! Made reservation over the phone & when i went to pick up the rental they ran a "soft credit check" & told me "Sorry! We can't rent to you. Your credit's too bad! I had to go elsewhere & pay more for the rental because of it being a last minute need.

The manager (Starr) is very helpful and courteous. They maintain clean, quality cars at this Sacramento Fulton Avenue location. Prices are reasonable. A step above most rental car stores
