Budget Car Rental

Booked my reservation online. HOWEVER, upon arrival to my surprise the woman working there informs me they are out of cars in an EXTREMELY rude manner and she was completely unwilling to help. I Will NEVER rent from Budget again. What a complete JOKE and waste of my time.

If I could I'd give them no stars I would. I booked my appointment online. At that time they took money out of my account but when I got to the place, the women was rude the minute I walked in the door said they ran a credit check...What!?!?! And they are unable to rent to me. I have rented many cars without issues. I honestly believe the women just profiled me because I have tattoos. I have been a business owner in this city for the last five years and never would I treat my customers in this manner.

Excellent customer service from Steve. It was busy when I went to pick up but I still got the car I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The prices were reasonable. I will come back to this location next time I need a rental car.

Appreciated the excellent customer service, both at pick up and drop off. Reserved the car online, picked up within minutes on a Friday night, and after returning the car on a busy Monday morning, they even provided drop off service to my work. I will be a return customer to this car rental in downtown Sacramento.

I normally go to the airport to rent cars because they are sometimes more economical. However, I selected the Budget downtown because there rates were great. When I walked into Budget I received a warm and welcoming experience from a customer service representative name Beth who emanates a feeling of trust and knowledge. The customer service made my pick up and drop off of vehicle much easier than I have received at the airport due to faster service. I would rent from this location again.
