Liars and thieves at this location. Hertz just keeps getting worse they don't listen to their customers and lied about not charging us anymore for a product when we cancelled in time for them to stop the charges. Liars avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Very nice working staff at facility, friendly and good gestures, I would recommend and go back if I need rental car next time.

Reserved a car due to last minute flight cancellation, do NOT fly through Allegiant Airlines. Walked right in, car was ready, clean and good to go. Drove brand new 2017 Ford. We took a trip to Las Vegas and the drive was very smooth. Customer service was good. Only thing was, we had a question about the car and called, left message and didn't receive a car back. We eventually figured out the answer to our own question.

Longtime satisfied customer with Hertz off and on for 45+ years. Mostly use local branch for rentals booked online. Great service in spite of sometimes inadequate staffing and available cars on weekend reservations. Seldom able to have branch pick me up or drop me off. Having to use Lyft negates any rate discounts which are important to our nonprofit charity's work. When rates are lower I use Hertz the most. Best bang for the buck matters a lot to our organizations.

I travel a lot for work and after trying out a few other rental car places in Midtown with terrible experiences, have had nothing but great experiences at Hertz. All the employees have been great, especially Alonzo who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They are very busy and all do what they can to minimize the wait. If there is an issue with the car, they attend to it quickly.
