Terrible customer service... Worst experience ever I had with my rental. Lady over the phone was super rude and put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up the call on me.

Had a problem with a car i rented and the lady told me they were out of cars so just drive to the airport 15 mins away in traffic that really took me an hour. Lazy!

Rude employees! be prepared to vacuum out your rental no matter how long you rented it for...or tgey charge you $300. Enterprise is much better!
