We just had our wedding at The Crest Theater. This was the absolute best venue for our wedding and reception. The ownership was incredibly accommodating to our needs, staff were incredibly pleasant and did everything they could to ensure that our day was amazing. The crest made for amazing photographs without the need for a lots of decorations. We've seen many shows and concerts at the Crest, never been disappointed. The wedding solidified this place as one of our favorites in downtown Sacramento!

The Crest theater is a beautiful movie house in the style of Old Hollywood. Parking is available on 10th in a parking garage. For movie, there are folding chairs for accessible seating. Although they are not particularly comfortable, they are better than climbing the stairs with no handrails to the other seating sections.

This is a great funky theatre that plays concerts and movies, and has some interesting speakers once in a while. Ticket prices are usually pretty reasonable given the venue size. There really aren't bad seats in the house.

I've been to The Crest a few times. The lobby area is okay. The actual theater is a bit more impressive. Wide aisles allow for easy patron navigation. Seating is pretty typical for concert venues. I appreciate the rows begin fairly close to the stage. It makes the front row experience at a concert WONDERFUL!

Very nice place to see a live performance. Not a bad seat in the house. The only reason I can't give 5 Stars is due to the lines. Not much you can do about a long restroom line. But if there's an intermission and you plan on going to the restroom AND getting a drink AND making it back to your seat before the second show, fuh get ah bot it (with a New York accent). Parking can be tough as well. The City of Sacramento has only 1hr meters for two blocks. We ended up with garage parking for an additional $15 (which isn't too, too bad).

All and all, we enjoyed our night. The Crest theater is great looking and the sound system was solid.
