Worst Experience Ever!!!!!

My Hubby had travelled from interestate and arrived at the hotel we had booked well in advance, to be told there was no room avaliable and to come back later!

This was around middnight!! From a foriegn country and no local knowledge, he was left stuck with no where to sleep for the night - yet we had booked in advance.

Luckily he was able to find a local person who was able to suggest somewhere for him to go and he found somewhere to stay for the night.

Avoid this place - booking or no booking obviously wont mean a thing!!

Terrible experience, rooms smells like trash can, bed sheets are disgusting, covered with hair and smells horribles. I spoke to the receptionist to chang the room or change the bed sheets but nothing happened, her excuse was fully booked and housekeeping people left for the day, they didn't clean the room for 3 days.
I didn't have sleep the entire 3 days stay in the place till I found another hotel.
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

They put me in a " newly-renovated room". I have never seen so much dirt and peeling paint in a hotel room as it had so I would hate to see a room before renovation. Truly a disgusting Hotel. Also, make sure to bring your own pillows because the ones they provide are like cardboard.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am a no fuss traveler, who logs lots of nights in hotel rooms and miles on the road. I didnt complain to management when I arrived about the vagrant or two in the parking lot, or the group of people smoking substances and drinking outside and on the balcony of my floor. I arrived at the hotel late, and when I woke I noticed some burns and damage to the room. I was charged a cleaning fee for smoke damage that was already visible in the room when I arrived. do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXTENDED STAY.

Not happy and it's the 1st day of my four day stay!! I called way ahead asking for early check-in and they said sure they can accommodate that. I get here at the time we agreed upon (an hour early) and still nothing had been done. She says she will call me once it's confirmed clean. 45 minutes later still no call. I go back in and "oh your room is ready." Kitchen floor is sticky! I've called now three times asking for the kitchen amenities and still no call which is now 5 hours later. I put my boys down to bed, two flat sheets NO fitted sheet for the mattress. Not sure what the thought process was there! Barely any TV channels (22 channels total) to keep myself of my boys entertained while relaxing. I believe only one kid channel. For two adults and two toddlers we got only two of each bathroom towel, no kitchen towels.
