Been to a few CF affiliates in the Sacramento area and none come CLOSE to touching this one. The trainers are amazing and the members are super friendly, the programming is intense. I honestly can't say enough good things about CFES. If you're looking for the best, you've found it!!!

I have been a CFES member for over a year now. I have always been an active person, but never would have thought I could learn to do some of the things that I can now do - things like pull-ups, clapping pushups and a variety of olympic weight lifting exercises. The coaching is outstanding. Justin, Travis and Chris encourage people to excel while fostering a safe and fun environment. I am fitter than I have ever been!

I have been a member of East-Sac Crossfit since it opened. I continue to gain strength, endurance and my overall fitness level is the best ever! Justin and Travis always make the workouts fun and run a great gym.
