It's in San Antonio old part of town where only the best home are "King Williams diatrict" where the houses are gorgeous and a lot of restaurants and bars and Ice houses.

Great staff, great space perfect for a bed and breakfast. It's close to Candlelight and Rosario's and other great restaurants on South Alamo St. Parking is a bit of a crapshoot. There are apartment buildings down the street so street parking is nearly always full. Parking in front of certain houses isn't allowed so you may have to walk a bit. Other than that, a wonderful spot!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good atmosphere and a ten minute walk from downtown. Gorgeous neighborhood. Only downside was the bathroom was small, but that's how old houses are!

Took my husband here for his birthday and it was so nice! He had a massage and the staff were very professional and kind. There were always homemade treats and wine for us when we returned from shopping etc. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfy! Breakfast was served daily and it was great! The homemade pancakes, biscuits, desserts, jellies, etc. we're definitely a plus. My bestie suggested this place and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.
