I had been visiting my friend and did a drop-in in CrossFit NorthGate. I loved the place! it's a brand new location in downtown Santa Rosa. State of the art equipment, and nice bathroom. Upscaled gym. Coach Ryan was very nice. I had been in many CrossFit gyms but this one is the best one. Looking forward to WOD there when I will be in town next time.

Love this place! Ryan is an amazing trainer and pays attention to your form while you learn lifting techniques. Everyone is super friendly. This is my third week of crossfit and I think I'm hooked!
