I come to 9 Round about twice a month using ClassPass, and it is a great quick workout. 30 minutes will definitely feel like enough once you've gone through all 9 rounds, and you will feel it the next day. The trainers are helpful, but not in your personal space all the time, which I really appreciate.

Great workout. But don't expect martial arts classes or boxing lessons. Fitness only. My one complaint is the music. When I'm pounding a punching bag, I want heavy metal, not dance/hip-hop. Give me Amon Amarth and Machine Head or, if you must, Rob Zombie and Thousand Foot Krutch.

I am going to try and be as non bias as I can.

Basically this gym used to be great, and when they switched management they lost all of their customer service standards.There was a guy named JT who worked here who was great, and since he left things have gone down hill. There two areas where I would caution future attendees to be wary about: (1) Training and (2) Finance(professionalism).

Training: The trainers at the gym now are all about getting you in and out without showing any type of concern for the client. Not sure if their management has changed their ideas on how to treat clients, but they don't even try and work closely with you anymore. Keep in mind this is kickboxing so we need to learn the basics, but they kind of expect you to know everything and they don't give you that extra "care" touch that people who are engaging in hardcore physical activity should get. The management is really lacking on this. Also in such a physical gym they should be constantly washing the mats, and it does not always smell pleasant after a plethora of floor activity.

Finance: When I signed up they did NOT explain everything in total to me. They asked that I come behind the desk(which I thought was weird) and just start filling out the paperwork before really telling me what I was signing. Now I know that I am supposed to read the "fine print", but I rarely had a chance to as they were rushing me and I felt pressured. They didn't explain any of the policies and didn't explain if it was month-to-month, how do i cancel if needed, what are the total cost, etc. To top it off they have very unprofessional phone service if you ever run in to a time where you need assistance over the phone. Utterly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to come here.

All in all a few months ago I would have given them 5 starts, but as of now they have gone down hill.
