I have a lot of hair and my hair is really dry and I go to many salons but Arianna handled it just right .. however I gave them 4 stars because my sister came with me but didn't really get her hair done right although she has a very soft hair and that was done by Mckendry

Loved Bang Salon! I went for the first time yesterday -- I was looking for a last minute place to get my hair trimmed that was close to my apartment and luckily they had an opening that day. They definitely have the salon operating like a well-oiled machine. One person washed my hair while the hairdresser was finishing a color for another customer. My hairdresser, Leanne, was super nice and did a great job! I'm in the process of growing out my hair, so I was just there for a trim, but the end result was great. The environment of the salon was vibrant and energetic and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely go back!

When I booked I literally felt they were doing me a favour. Needed to give a credit card to book... don't take tips on a card... If you are later than 10 mins after don't come. All valid instructions but I didn't like the tone. Then I arrived next morning, 9am appointment for a wash and blowout. I was taken to the back for a shampoo.. no junior in yet so the stylist had to shampoo. She wasn't happy. There was a large pile of towels dumped in the middle of this area and a socket pulled out of the wall. After this I was hoping for a good blowout and maybe even a coffee or water.. no, not to be. In fact this was such a stressful and bad experience that I didn't leave the 15 dollars cash I had taken to tip.

I should have known when the woman (Arians) cutting my hair was wearing a hat! Awful haircut, uneven, ragged, no style. I've never complained before but this was truly terrible. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed.

I love this place! I go to Cat, and have been about 3-4 times now. I have a more complicated short haircut, but she always does it PERFECTLY, and fast! ...but not too fast, like you feel she's rushing or anything, she's just so good it's like she doesn't even have to think about it, she just gets in the zone and POOF, you're done and it's amazing. I've been to quite a few places around town since moving here 3ish yrs ago, and this is by far the best, for a reasonable price.
