found all my dealings to be easy, and it is comforting to know that things
were being handled by professionals. The staff has always been
responsive, knowledgeable and sensitive to my time restraints, and
tolerant of my many questions. They were helpful in walking me through the process, in translating language when needed, and the staff came across as both caring and friendly. Arranging such travel can be very stressful and Travel Visa Pro lightened my load considerably - all with an easy manner.

I had a great experience getting my degree attested. My representative walked me carefully through the process and my degree was attested very quickly.

I used their service 2 times. They do not expedite the service even though that is what you are paying for according to their website. There is no sense of urgency even when they have all the required documents. When you call to ask about 'where your visa progress stands', they simply blame it on the embassy for taking so long, when really its them not being diligent on a client's visa processing, which they are responsible and are being paid for. If you ask me, use ABRIGGS, another visa agent, as they are way more efficient and provide more clarity when you want to know your visa status. Oh yea, with ABRIGGS, what typically takes 5 days, gets done in 2. With Travel Visa Pro, what takes 5 days, gets done in 15-20. Speaking from experience!

Scam. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company lied to me and cheated me, nearly ruining my opportunity for a job abroad.

I was given an email address for a "Justin Hackett" - I looked him up after my horrible experience and there are so many awful reviews on this scammer. I needed help with a visa, and I had lost my passport my last trip, so I needed a new one as well. He told me he could handle both (and I have the emails as proof of this!) and that I could send both my passport and visa applications to him in DC. I even called Travel Visa Pro to confirm this before mailing, and they said YES I could do that. Once I did, I received a phone call from "Shawn Letourneau," an awful and incredibly rude man, saying that the sealed package I sent for the US Dept of State (that is not by any means meant to be opened) was opened. It was apparently MY FAULT, according to him, because he spoke to Justin and he told Shawn that I "was insisting" on sending everything to him. I told Shawn I had the emails to prove this was a lie, and he still insisted it was my fault and was completely condescending. After I had enough of his horrible attitude, I demanded a refund for them wasting both my time and money. I was still scammed out my money from a ridiculous $30 cancelation fee even though none of this was my fault.

What a scam of a company with incompetent and horrendously rude employees! I will never use them again and I have already informed all my traveling family and friends, as well as my business associates, to never utilize them again.
