Still one of the best places to get a massage in Sydney. The staff are extremely professional & know how to make each visit a relaxing one. Definitely highly recommended

Recently I made a booking for a day spa at Varda. Prior to the booking I rang their office and was asked to make the booking via email with the details as they wouldn't accept phone bookings. The next day I received a call from a consultant asking for a voucher code which I provided in the email but as this wasn't good enough and she wanted my credit card details before the actual treatment, I decided to cancel in writing. The response I got was 'Thank you for your enquiry and letting me know'. Not once did they acknowledge their error or try to fix things. The service I received was appalling. Now they are sending me emails with discount deals to get my business. STOP! sending me emails - I'm not interested.

My boyfriend and I did a 2-hour couples' massage package. It was very enjoyable. They made us walk to a bathroom to have a shower in-between treatments which I thought was weird. I told them it was my birthday the day before so they surprised us with complementary glasses of champagne and chocolates at the end which was very sweet of them.

excellent massage. You have private room, very clean, with music while having a massage. I went here many time using my private health insurance for massage. Recently, I had a 3 hours package of body scrub and wrap, massage and facial treatment, I didn't feel 3 hours long at all. When having body wrap or facial mask, you will have extra head or food massage for free.

First time we went it was good for the facial then we went back again, bought the package for the body massage and facial. This time it was terrible. The therapist just slide on my skin for the body massage I did not feel anything she did not even asked am i OK or not. And the worst came to the facial. I never ever did anything rough to my face but the therapist throw the hot (not warm) face towel to my face to clean it. She did not know how to do the massage at all. I would not recommend this spa. As first time good so i did recommend to some of my friends to go. Now they all said it worst. No more.We r not going here anymore.Please don't expect them to come out and say thank you to using their service if you aren't gonna give them a tips.
