Hände weg von der Versicherung . Hier werden Abbuchungen vom Konto unerlaubt getätigt. Man bekommt zwar schriftlich bescheid aber da sind die Abbuchungen schön getätigt worden. Das aller letzte

Könnte man 0 Punkte vergeben würde ich dieses tun. Warte seit gut 9 Woche auf eine Antwort für eine kleinen Schaden. Die Antwort von der hotline ist nur man hat viel zu tun! Geht an den Anwalt.

Motorrad verkauft, sofort per Einschreiben Versicherung gekündigt und Veräußerungsanzeige verschickt. Nach Ablauf von 2 Monaten! (mittlerweile hat sogar das Finanzamt als Behörde die Steuer erstattet) passiert nichts. Nochmals Einschreiben mit Fristsetzung verschickt. Diverse Telefonanrufe: "in Bearbeitung, viel zu tun"
Weiterhin keine Reaktion. Werde die Tage einen Rechtsanwalt aufsuchen und den Fall abgeben. Beim "kassieren" sind sie sehr schnell, besteht ein Guthaben passiert nichts.

The 1. Problem: We booked a moving company DMS from Bad Neustadt in Bavarian Germany. But that company booked another moving company and they booked another... So the third company moved us from Germany to Switzerland.
The 2. Problem: We discussed with DMS company that they will be in Basel Switzerland at 9.00 a.m., but they came at 2. p.m. to boarder, because they didn't start on time. They came to Basel at 4 p.m. on Friday.
The 3. Problem: Because they came so late our furniture was not ready, so we have to go to a hotel until Monday, when one guy from DMS show up to put together child room.
The 4. Problem: There was actually NO furniture without a scratch. The furniture was not even one year old!!!
The 5. Problem: DMS manager said that we have to take a pictures of damaged furniture and to discribe on papier what was wrong and that Kravag insurance company will take over. We have done everything exectly as we were told.
The 6. Problem: Despite everything what they have caused we had to paid them the whole bill!!! 2.400 EUR!!! Because that's the low in Germany!!! It doesn't matter if they have done job ok or no. You have to pay them!!!
The 7. problem: Now Kravag insurance company send us a letter that because we haven't done thing's right (We have done everything what they instructed us To do - pictures, writings...), they can pay us only 500 eur for damage!!!
Our costs: 2400 EUR to moving company DMS, staying in hotel 600 EUR, 2000 EUR damaged on our furniture. TOTAL: 5000 EUR
But they will give us 500 EUR!!! Normally we should have 2400 EUR costs, but now we have 4500 EUR!!!!
I recomend you NOT to make business with DMS moving company or Kravag insurance!!!
