Relatively reasonable prices for a car rental. To foreigner: be aware that using a car in japan could be qui expensive (due to toll prices and oil price) and not so much better than taking the train. The car is useful only in the country side, not when traveling from city to city.

上野駅に近い。場所さえ知っていれば、とても便利。近くのガソリンスタンドを探すのが、少し大変。 他の店からの、乗り捨て、または、他の店へのワンウェイにも対応しており、便利。

Very professional and friendly, but they are not very upfront with their costs
2 different staff gave me 2 very different cost estimates. And the final cost was almost 60% higher than my quote
(Was quoted 5,400 yen, paid over 8,000)
But good location and nice people
