Probably the best eyelash extension service I've ever had!

Unfortunately I was unable to reach anybody after two attempts to schedule a follow-up appointment. No one answered the phone. Had to give my business to somebody else this time, but will try again.

My friends bought me a voucher for a Top to Toe Pamper treatment. I made the booking two weeks in advance only to be phoned the day before my treatment to say that they would not be honouring the voucher as they no longer offer this treatment.

Whatever the reason they gave, this was not good customer service. An alternative treatment was not even offered! When I said that I would write be writing a review the manager said that's fine!

The treatments maybe great but their customer service needs working on!

Great massage, really nice pressure! The value for money is good and the staff are extremely professional - highly recommended.

I recently came here for a manicure. Although I was late for the treatment, it was not a problem at all. The lady was lovely and the job done was brilliant. Highly recommend.
