Parked here for o2 the guest receptionist was the most friendly amazing lady I've ever met at a hotel reception. 100% excellent a credit to your hotel. Thankyou for being so helpful.

Pretty classy looking hotel by the river. Our room didn't have a view of the river even at £160 for one night without breakfast. Online booking gave us a double instead of the requested twin. Quickly and efficiently sorted. Staff in lobby very helpful. Ordered a taxi which was very quick and surprisingly inexpensive. Room spotlessly clean and really comfy bed. Lovely rainshower and full-size bath. Weird having the wardrobe in the bathroom. Iron and trouser press in room. No mini toiletries but a very nice range of large bottles secured to wall. Can't open the window but efficient air con. Tchibo coffee. .my personal favourite..was a welcome surprise. Overall very pleasant experience.

Customer service ASTONISHING!!!!! They will rip you off at any opportunity they get. Overcharge on things you didn't order/get forcing you to argue your money back

Lovely hotel. Great, friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast was really nice and reasonably priced and the view over the Thames and O2 was really nice while dining. Rooms were nicely decorated and with good facilities. The spa was a lovely addition as was the free shuttle service too and from Canary Wharf. Would definitely stay again.

the service is less than it was before. I'm still surprise to have frozen fries in this kind of hotel with a good menu. cooking a potatoes is a challenge for them. the bed was very hard make my night difficult the pillow very thick I've got a kink in my neck. the temperature in the room never changed and stayed at 23 degrees. the housemaid came in my room without knocking around 11.00 am maybe at this time there is no rule for privacy. by the way the room was the 422.
