This class has been exceptionally helpful in toning my body and helping to rehabilitate weakness in my shoulder due to arthritis . It also gets my heart rate moving much more than just walking. The trainer, Green, has a wonderful personality and sense of humor and makes the class fun. I hate it when I have to miss a class due to other commitments, because when I go to class it gets my day started on the right path giving me the energy and motivation to do anything I need to do during the day.
