Before you go - YOU call your insurance company and verify. They told me my insurance company said they would cover my office visits, but that was not true. The insurance company told them that they did not cover office visits. So after me visiting twice and paying my co-pay, I got a bill for the balance. The second visit they over inflated the band, and I begged them to come back in and just take a little out. They refused unless I paid the $300 plus $200 for another office visit. I was in agony and ended up in the hospital twice, the second time, they removed all the fluid. They are only interested in your money, and act like they care about you, but they do not. Even when you are hysterical on the phone begging for them to take fluid out and they won't because they misinformed you regarding the insurance.

Love this place! I am so happy with my results thus far. I think the staff that work here are nice and professional. They are very knowledgeable and offer great advice and tips on how to be successful with weight loss.

I received my lap band in 2012 (very happy with results) they makes you feel right at home, they are willing to answer any questions you may have and are more than knowledgeable to do so. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the spa (total body care)so much I'm now the massage therapy on staff. Please stop by if you have any questions and to book a spa treatment....
