The counter was more then helpful and friendly. I was checked in and on my way within two minutes. At the time of turn in, I was running late for my flight and again, lightning fast friendly service. Truly awesome!

Hertz has a small office like all of the rental companies in Hilo, Hawaii (ITO)
The agent was friendly and helpful and my car was right behind of the office ready to go. The car was clean and new. Returning the car was easy and fast. The agent remembered my name and the service was friendly and fast. I love Hertz in Hawaii
