we had two bad experiences with Envoy travel. My fiancé went in and spoke with Lindsey and she told him she would email him the details and options, three days later still had not heard from her or received any information. I then called and spoke with her on the phone and she once again promised to email me package options within the hour. It's now been a week and neither of us have heard from her which I find very unprofessional. So we went through groupon and have already booked our honeymoon with them.
