The attendant was great, but the car was filthy and the passenger side seatbelt did not fasten. The owner had received the car from the airport and had no replacement! The AVIS customer service apologized but said nothing will be done because of the hectic movement and chaos of the Holiday Season...WTF. Not how I expected customer service to respond, think I'll look into Enterprise the next time I'm in the area 🤔
