Heard a great dance band here. Funk, R&B, Blues, Soul, danced all night. Fun crowd. Well worth the cover charge. Not as crowded as other spots. Not many bands can play James Brown material and really pull it off. B B KING BLUES BAND, a regular here, can.

I had a very good experience here. I initially thought it would just be another tourist trap. It is ... but very good service. Bar tender was great. Excellent band. Good crowd.

Initial impressions were favorable until our food was served. Fried zucchini and bell peppers. All I can say is do not order. Heavy batter and burnt. That being said while we were trying to enjoy a cold beer, a loud panhandler sat beside us trying to get me to purchase a drawing. The staff and management not only allowed him to loudly make his presence known, they rewarded him with free coffee.

Trey was an excellent waiter. Down home meal. The band and music are magnificent a combination. You enjoy music and you can leisurely eat your dinner. It was nice to see happy staff walking around even dancing a bit at times. Truly an enjoyable place to visit.

I'd give zero stars except for the server. She was good, but needs to find a new place to work. First band was great. I can't tell you what the food was like. We never got any. We waited two hours and were told the kitchen was behind and they hadn't started on our order yet (hamburger and ribs). We left and will never go back.
