These guys are the best! People that workout here are friendly and always encouraging. Coaching staff knows their stuff and they are motivating. Love going to Crossfit Fission!

It's amazing the results you get after just 4 weeks. After just 6 weeks I gained so much muscle strength I want to keep going and not stop. People are friendly and group activities get you motivated and stay on track.

I've been to other crossFit boxes. What sets this place apart from others is two fold:
1. The coaching is the best around.
2. The price is unbeatable.
