Charges too much!!! The insurance is horrible. Your best bet is to go to enterprise.

I usually rent a car 4 or 5 times a year. I used to rent from enterprise near pockets until one day that I wanted a car, enterprise didn't have any and my coworker told me about this place. I have never heard from them before and when I went there I figured it is a new Tallahassee based business and they are all locals. I was a little concerned when I saw from outside that their full size cars are Camry and Accord since they are pricier than Korean cars which you usually see in other rental places. Well, I asked for the Camry and their price was the same as an economy car at enterprise. I am so glad to got to know them and they are definitely have the best cars in the town

My husband rented a car there recently, and the service was excellent, the cars clean and well serviced (still smell new!). It is a locally owned company, and I definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Friendly fast service, too.

All of the vehicles are late model cars, and have no smoking smells. The associates were very friendly, and very helpful, and tried to get me the lowest rate possible. I will definitely be going back to Express for future rentals.
