The optometrist here are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I feel like the service I receive here is the highest quality and the exams are extremely thorough. The front fest staff are also nice. Great place

Took my 84 year old father here. All the staff was absolutely wonderful and very,very helpful and nice. The eye doctor was great and very nice to my father and myself. I would recommend Apple Valley Eyewear to everyone I know!!

My family(husband, myself, and three kids) were referred to this office 6 years ago by an old neighbor. I am so glad she gave us this referral, we have received nothing but the best of care. Always on top of business and the whole staff truly takes pride in their work and cares for their patients.

Dr Etchells optometry officially lost my business (apple valley rd) i was a patient there for YEARS! They finalized a contact brand that i did not like, and when i tried to find a brand I did like - which they told me to do later when they had more brands, anytime I wanted to come in within a year from my first appointment- they tried to charge me 40 bucks to be re-evaluated because it was 7 months ago. I told them I didn't like the acuvue oasis when they called me a few months ago. they finalized it anyways. I can't believe they did that to a loyal customer. Don't go there. They told me that they had a different way of doing business since they moved their facility. So on that logic, if I move to a new house then people better ask me in detail if any house rules are different. So ridiculous. Very Rude, very poor customer service, though the Doctor himself is very nice, and professional if they want your money. Notice all the good reviews are by "a google user" mine states my name.
