Just now i.e. on 16th June'17 I have received a SMS stating that SORRY WE TRIES TO REACH YOU BUT COULD NOT GET THROUGH. YOUR DEBIT CARD OR A/C NO XX0000 HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR BRANCH. KINDLY CONTACT YOUR BRANCH FOR DETAILS. HAVE A NICE DAY.

In my house my wife will always be available at residence, may be gone out for some work. As it is Bank's responsible to intimate the customer about delivery of Debit Card with a date and time so that it will be easy for both the end.

Any how I also spoke to my Chennai Mogappair Br they obliged very softly and gently and also assured that I will receive my Debit Card by next week and appreciate their response bu under standing the ground reality. This can expect only from South Indians

This type of idiotic message can only be sent by North Indians
