I went to the restaurant (not the hotel part) for lunch and dinner on separate occasions. There is a wonderful view overlooking Klagenfurt up on Kreuzbergl. The staff are very friendly though due the busy nature of the restaurant you may not get service immediately. As for the food it is traditional Austrian cuisine with a good selection of dishes. I cant say it is a great place for a vegan or vegetarian. Excellent drinks and desserts selection. Price point is more than you would pay for a comparable restaurant in Klagenfurt (eg landhaus) but the setting is very nice.

Good food, nice panorama. Old fashioned restaurant with some traditional food. Still, the food is not special enough for the price. Nice place for kids, room to run around away from cars and a nice playground.
