Place just in front of fountain between Circus and Vosstania Square. I would _highly_ recommend Quesadillas (КЭСАДИЯС) with beer. Unfortunately there is not too much beer selection but local one also rather good. Very central place but not too loud.

Sushi with burger cheese on top was a bad JOKE! Would not call it sushi more like Belarusian rolls envention.
