Een aanrader voor wie graag zijn tijd neemt om lekker te gaan eten. Mooi gepresenteerde borden, vriendelijke pretentieloze bediening, gezellig interieur en terras.

Sehr schönes Restaurant gehobener Küche mit zwei Bereichen: ein kleiner Bereich der stilvoll gemütlich eingerichtet ist und wo man die Küche des Reataurants in Form von kleinen Portionen ausprobieren kann. Man kann hier beliebig viel "Gänge" selbst zusammenstellen. Wir hatten zu dritt fünf verschiedene Gerichte die sehr lecker waren und liebevoll präsentiert wurden. Der andere Bereich ist ein typisches Restaurant mit mehrgängigen Menüs.

Place for the better cuisine. We had a five course dinner. The starter, main course and dessert were great but I was realy dissapointed by the aperitif and the cheeses. I'm a real Gin & Tonic fanatic. Too bad I had no choice, they only offered Gordon's Dry Gin with Nordic Mist which is really standard issue in G&T country. The cheese plate only consisted of well known cheeses I have in my fridge at home. No special tastes there.
The overall service was good and friendly but not excellent as you would expect in this class of restaurant. We had to wait considerable time for our main course, but it was very busy so I can understand. It was however as if we had to move out when we got the last courses, they rushed through the last part. We finished our five course dinner in aprox. 3 hours, which is very fast.
Perhaps we will return but surely not before we explore many other fine restaurants in Bruges.
