The lounge itself is pleasant, if a bit bare, but the coffee machine was out of order and there weren't even any biscuits.

great renovation work but it used to be inside the gare du midi station which was a bit more practical

I was so happy to wait here! as I had to wait 2.5 hours for my train to Amsterdam...Very comfortable space with tea, coffee, water and fruit available. It was a massive difference than just waiting at the Brussels train station late on a Saturday evening.

Functional and has all the needed amenities when waiting for your Thalys train, small drinks are often available and on the morning a small form of breakfast is presented.
