Dr. Michelle of Vitality Chiropractic’s whole hearted and holistic approach to health and wellness is exactly what I want for my family.

I am someone who doesn’t have much understanding of body function and health. I needed someone I can trust who is well rounded, could look at the big picture and work to make a system that is easy for me to understand and follow.

She ran some tests that review my body’s functions, explained the results, reviewed my and our family goals, then came up with a custom strategy that works for us after collecting and reviewing the data…as well as my personality.

I feel fortunate to have met Michelle when I did because as I am growing up and starting a young family health and wellness suddenly hit my radar, but I don’t have the intentions of “doing it myself”. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, well researched and truly cares about her clients and makes things easy.

There is a lot of thought behind what she suggests and often I don’t know why we are doing something until later on when the pieces fall together. I appreciate that. (this is because she understands my personality)

Life gets very busy, and I can keep on top of everything. Having someone I can trust who is making care programs for my family to ensure we stay healthy is indispensable.

I truly appreciate Dr. Michelle and would recommend her practice to anyone looking to take care of their health and wellness.
