Poor customer service. My coffee mug stank twice in a row.. had to get a tea instead. Food wasn't that great. filthy washrooms.

Took over 45 min to get my cold fries with a single hamburger patty chopped up on top as "ground beef"... slow service, terrible food quality.

One of the worst breakfast experiences I have ever had, a true comedy of errors. Waited 20 minutes (I actually started a timer) to even get water and coffee, then proceeded to wait another hour for food which when it came out wasn't even the correct order. Horribly slow service, and bad food considering each dish is about $14-17. I would have been far more satisfied with McDonald's because at least I know what I'm getting myself into beforehand.

We went here a few weekends ago and had the buffet and it was exceptional. Constantly stocks with a wonderful selection.

Today we went and the buffet was picked clean, only half the trays were being used.

Would only reccomend if you're a gambling man.
