We had mostly appetizers and oysters for lunch. It was great. Highly recommend. We sat outsider on a beautiful fall afternoon.

Service at the Waterfront Warehouse is incredible. It's in one of the best locations in the city, because you can walk along the boardwalk before and after you eat food. I'm taking my girlfriend here for her birthday to try one of your big seafood platters and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

Ordered the fish & chips and it was good. Huge piece of haddock. I'm a bit of a sauce queen, so the little dinky cups half filled with tartar sauce and ketchup was not up to par for me! It's definitely not cheap though. My dish was $17, and then a drink is about $7-10 on top of that. So definitely more than I wanted to spend on a lunch.
The front end was a bit unorganized. No one really knew what tables had people and what tables were empty. But once we got seated the service was between average and good.

Nope. Go to The Bicycle Thief. Overpriced bad pub food. Its a warehouse all right, but clean it. Weren't told of any specials. mussels were good. Asked what the chicken dish had for pieces. Was told it was a white meat, leg and wing. Received two thighs and a wing, hate thighs, that's why we asked. The seafood dish plate was very hot from sitting under the heating light and there was a skin on the sauce, which also tasted out of a bag. However it wasn't all bad but not worth $18. Back to the chicken, our server was busy, we understand that, so we asked another server regarding the chicken. We were told that that's normal to get those pieces and for our inconvenience feel free to pick at the chicken or the french fries and they will bring something else and not charge for the chicken. Our regular server came back and we were told they would have to take that away from us, and if we ate any we'd have to pay for it. I guess that was an apology and a poor attempt at a comp. I was very much looking forward to the waterfront warehouse, I arrived by myself and it was very busy. They asked if I wanted to sit at the bar...I was hungry, so... my mistake I agreed. It was 1000° at the bar. I ordered a drink and noticed an empty booth right next to me. I asked the bartender if I can move to the booth but was told I couldn't if I didn't have a reservation, (being there alone clearly I wasn't gonna be there that long) however I proceeded to sit at the bar and get sprayed with soap water every time they went clean a glass, ...which was often. I ordered my meal and continue to watch the empty booth. My meal finally came and here is the kicker, ...the waiter places the plate of food in front of me and then asks "would I like some cutlery"....wow OK I've been to many restaurants and never been asked that! All through my meal I watch the empty booth and continue to be sprayed with water as they clean glasses. Also some bread would have been nice. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but clearly I was disappointed in the experience. That being said the food was excellent.
