Walked in for a haircut. They were cheerful, got me in quickly, and the cosmetician was great. The inside of the place is very dated, but seemed clean. No matter where you go for beauty services some people will be happy and others not, and a lot will depend on the individual you get. Who has never had a bad haircut??? But I'll go back to the individual I found for sure.

Terrible experience. After getting the worst set of gel nails where the nail tech didn't fully file off the old set for the fill, then proceeded to pile the gel on leaving me with bubble nails, they all started to lift off within a week of getting them. I just had them removed from a different salon (because I refuse to go back) and found that I now have a fungal infection in my nails because of improper care taken to remove the old set. Horrible service with poorly trained staff.

Melissa is a god-send. I get my lashes done there - get the russian volume. Also got microblading done on my eyebrows. They look amazing. Seriously, Melissa will make you beautiful and she's hilarious.

once was enough. especially when the owner had suggested my hair needed to be bleached before adding a new colour. Carrot top orange was the new Blonde!😨 I was shocked! I even convinced myself it was OK. My gf took me back to have them fix my dried up carrot-top. took a few minutes of 'hard discussion' to have them accept it on their dime. never an apology. never even a future treatment. will never go back!
