Not a good experience with Tonya at this location. (She was pleasant but here is the reason for the two star review.) She missed a chunk of my hair while I was getting it dyed luckily after about 10 minutes of processing I noticed and was able to get her to apply dye to it....... Also I went in there specifically saying the only thing I don't want is black hair and yet here I am with black hair / dark brown pieces.... I asked to get as close to my natural as possible which is a light to medium brown. (My hair was blonde at the time.) Not impressed.

Jenna always make me feel relax and takes time to understand how I like my hair done .I had full highlights that covers my greys and my cut is amazing. So happy to have found Jenna to keep my hair in great condition and I can trust .
