It was my first time doing hot yoga here and I was very pleased. Kelly's class was fantastic and she helped me get into positions that I struggled with. Will definitely be going back.

Great studio! Everyone has been really supportive of my fitness goals and I have made a lot of progress thanks to these workouts. I feel like this yoga turns the clock back and your spine and body feel so supple once again. Thanks to all the great instructors!

I love this studio. I am not your typical yogi. I am 62, short and a little chubby. I have practiced at many studios around the world and this is as friendly, welcoming, caring and professional as it gets. I love the variety of teachers as they all bring something very special to each class. I really don't understand the negativity towards Jennifer. She always remembers each person's name and greets you with a smile every day.

Generally dogmatic and unwelcoming vibe.
Dissapointing when profits come before people trying to bring yoga into their lives. Heads-up: make sure you read the fine print with the expiry dates on the packages prior to purchasing. They have a much shorter time than most other studios--which is not advertised--and there is no flexibility or reasoning after the 6 months.
