Great new staff and management. Clearly trying to make an effort to turn this business around! Love the enthusiasm and the environment. Best gym in Hamilton with a variety of useful services.

Bad experience. They ofert a15 months. At the end they just give a year. Then they say if you renew they give 3 months plus 15 months. Liares.

I inherited my membership with Century Fitness after the former Premier Fitness closed their doors. I can't say Century Fitness was any better than the former. Unkept machines and change rooms, poor air circulation, lack of lighting, fire code violations, etc. Often times nobody was working the front desk. There used to be working televisions in the change rooms and at the treadmills that I enjoyed. Now there are none. Half of the treadmills do not work either. The owner posts ridiculous signs threatening memberships if weights are not returned to their benches. When I cancelled in person they even recommended I complete a stop payment with my bank. I had to close my bank account so they wouldn't continue to withdraw payments after cancellation. In conclusion, this gym sucks.

Ive read the reviews here and I must say ive had none of these so called issues. I am a member of multiple gyms and what I like about this gym is, its sole purpose is to make you bigger and stronger. When you hit plateaus this place will make you smash through them. They have equipment that is specialized for every muscle you can think of. They have dumbells well over 100lbs and thats what this place is good at. If your looking for some fancy gym with frills and A PRETTY atmosphere. Goodlife for women is down the street.

Not surprised by all these terrible reviews. Worst business I've ever dealt with. Company has continued to take money out of our account every month despite membership being on hold and then finally cancelled... for almost a YEAR now!! Absolutely ridiculous!! These guys are crooks in my books! Finally put a stop payment on them through our bank. Enough is enough. Just wish I had thought of it soiner. BUYER BEWARE!!
