I don't normally give reviews (except to friends), but I had such a great time here - start to finish. Been leery of nail salons for years after a bad experience, but my Aunt got me a gift certificate for a swedish massage and pedicure so I went for it. The massage was awesome and I had the best pedicure ever. They used some tool on my feet that I've never even heard of - excellent - was walking on cloud nine when I left. Great place, very very clean and staff very friendly. I was almost sad that I had a cappuccino there, would have slept when I got home. :)

My husband and sons bought me a gift certificate for Mother's Day which is May 14. I called to book in June for today and was informed I would have to pay the difference in price because the special is over. No one told my husband this when he purchased and No where did it say that on the certificate. They should inform the buyer that they only have 2 weeks to schedule in the massage, and offer to book at time of purchase. Being a mom makes it difficult to pencil in time for myself. Why have a special promotion that's only honored for two weeks?? When I voiced my disappointment all I got was "sorry on behalf of the spa, your total today is $$". Not good customer service. The massage itself was lovely, however The special is a RIP OFF and a SCAM!! For that I won't be going back, but I will spread the word far and wide!

I have been going for different service over the years and have never been disappointed. Only issue I have is I wish they offered decaffeinated drinks! I know "first world problems". :0)

I have been going to this spa for over 17yrs. It has gone downhill. I booked for the sweet pampered day package. I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. The owner has taken a lot of short cuts in her treatments. The room that I was placed into for my Swedish massage was too small the poor woman was smashing into the walls and into me. The bed was also not leveled which made it wobbly. I could go on forever please don't waste your time here, go elsewhere. Luba Mera I guess when you were investigating how horrible my experience was with you I guess you weren't told that the girl that did my honey manicure burnt me with the honey. Horrible place don't waste your money here!!!!

Called in yesterday ( Tuesday April 11th 2017) @1pm I spoke to a women on the phone for about two minutes setting up a full body hot stone massage for today at 10am. I've been working doubles all week seeing as I leave for Asia tomorrow and my body is sore as hell. I worked last night till 3am, so I pulled myself out of bed to drive all the way across town for my massage which I was very excited about.. I get there and the lady at the front said there's no record of my appointment...: how is the lee no record of my booked appointment ??? I spoke to the women on the phone for 2 minutes I still have the call log.

Anyways I can't judge the massage ...but I can judge the disappointment I felt by THERE mistake- don't book with them.. they'll just forget about your appointment like you didn't even plan it or drive all the way there for a well deserved relaxing morning. *Rolls eyes*

Thanks Luba Mera for nothing ! I'll stick to the Ancaster spas from now on.
