The restaurant fell short today I went in with my son for two chubby chicken meals the fries were warm not hot the chicken was dead cold it was disgusting.
I have never before had this kind of poor food experience at the A&W across from my work in Ingersoll.

We went for breakfast Sunday 1045 am. Service was slow and food was cold . Staff were very nice to bad the food wasn't better.

So I went through the drive-through at A&W. I had about the 10-minute Mark I was asked to park my car. So I parked the car. About 10 minutes after that I went inside to see what was going on. My food still wasn't ready. At this point the girl told me and I believe her name was Ashley that my order was 21 minutes old since the time I ordered it. I also saw this on the take a screen front of me. The apologize which was great and offered to refund my money and give me the mail for free. I was refunded the money and Ashley apologized which is great. I still ended up waiting another 9 minutes. When my order time was at 30 minutes I finally had enough and just left without the food. 30 minutes wasted. But at least I got a refund right. Terrible terrible terrible. And my family loves and W. Every birthday my family we go to A&W. And we posted pictures on the A&W Facebook page every single time. I definitely will not be going back to this A and Want again
