Idiots, I asked for onion rings, I get home it's french fries, and on top of that they also forgot my sauce for my nuggets... Which we're terrible, tasted so dry and cheap! Very dissapointing with this location and in general with BK's decline in overall quality..

Yikes !! Restaurant was filthy, washrooms were disgusting, service was horrible. Food was lukewarm at best even though I was only one at counter. Counter person acted like I was an " inconvenience".Couldn't get much worse. Couldn't find a clean table and, the restaurant was pretty much empty at 5pm on a Friday....now I know why.

Excellent staff. Aaron is a fantastic front counter employee. Food is easily a 7 out of 10. And a refreshing value for your buck. Sit back and enjoy your meal.
Burger King leaves McDonald's in the rear view mirror.

Amazing and personable staff! They were so warm and welcoming to us visiting kitchener for the first time! We will definitely pop in to say hello to the employees next time we're in the city.
