Terrible experience. I spent $8 plus taxes, my burger was missing things that were supposed to be on it and was sloppily made with the top of the bun being covered in bbq sauce. Spoke with the manager who expected me to leave work and bring the burger back but would otherwise do nothing to help. She was unapologetic and simply rude. She told me she can give the owner my number but that he just comes in at random times and never knows when so who knows when I could get a call back? Horrible customer service experience.

The teen age staff were more intrested in talking to each other . Food wz cold drinks warm . Not impressed

This place is usually busy but with good reason. Service was great and prompt. On a hot day nothing like a soft ice cream cone to devour to cool off.

It was a busy summers evening when we went and the lineup was out of the door, but we were served relatively quickly. Seating is limited inside and the freezers are quite loud. I wouldn't like to sit in there for long to eat my DQ treat.

First and last time at this place. I generally really enjoy Dairy Queen and was put off by the atmosphere here. It seems that the staff would rather talk among themselves than serve their guests.
I ordered a blizzard and a shake and then sat down to wait (it wasn't busy, actually we were the only ones in the store at the time). After 10 minutes with no food a larger party entered the store and had their food in a few minutes. We still had nothing. I asked the staff if they could let me know when we would get our food and they just looked dumbfounded. "Didn't you get a blizzard?" No. 1. I haven't received anything 2. Why would you only give me half of the things I ordered anyway before serving 4 new guests? When explaining my frustration I was asked patronizingly if I would "Like fudge sprinkles" on my shake. What kind of maniac likes sprinkles on milkshakes?
The place was generally dirty and unappealing. I would think if you had 5 people working serving 6 guests in half an hour that there would be a bit more time to clean. Also the blizzard was mixed quite poorly compared to other DQ's but that is a minor infraction for this place.
The moral of my tale is that teenagers will be teenagers, but why was nobody working there over the age of 15? I believe an older manager might have resolved my situation more to my satisfaction.
