Nice atmosphere, service is very slow, and music isn't too loud for studying. Good wifi, slow staff.

It’s second cup. Pretty standard though not their most comfortable hangout. Definitely needs some redecorating.

My friends and I went here to get a quick cup of coffee; there were only three people in line ahead of us and we waited 30 minutes to be served! The coffees were not good for any of us; my one friend tried to return hers and they would not let her. Service was extremely, extremely slow, I would compare it to the DMV. You won't want even a First Cup at Second Cup!

Nice space, lots of outlets to plug in a laptop. The coffee it good and the staff are friendly. The only issue I have is that the WiFi is slow.

Second Cup coffee rated as the best during my stay in Montreal. Flat white is exquisite. Their cakes and pastries are tasty and fresh too.
