We went here for the first time today. We weren't greeted when we came in (which isn't the end of the world) but no one even said hi to us when we were at the register which just felt incredibly awkward when it came to ordering. When we ordered our toppings there was a total disconnect between us and the staff and we couldn't tell if we were ordering our toppings too fast or too slow...or if we were even suppose to be doing so at that moment. The knives that were used sat right next to the receipt printer (super dirty) and didn't get cleaned between orders, and if I recall, the same gloves were used to make my burger as the other people who ordered after me. To add to my awkwardness I never heard a "here you go guys" or an "enjoy" or anything that acknowledged our existence or insinuated that they cared about our service. Once we had our food we looked around for somewhere to sit and had to settle with the cleanest of the dirty tables: a table covered in poutine cheese and gravy with fries at our feet. The place was disgustingly filthy even after the dinner rush had come and gone. I'd say the atmosphere as a whole wasn't that great. The only saving grace here is that the burgers were alright and cheap. The fries were mediocre and the house potatoes were also mediocre. We likely won't be back though. Theres plenty of other burger places that offer a good or better burger and matching service to which I'd be happy to pay more for.

Food is amazing in great portions, however the delivery company they use sometimes takes my order and sometimes not. And I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone.

Went there on Friday and was really disappointed in the service and the food. First off it was really cold in the place. The thermostat said 57 F. I asked the girl at the counter why it was cold and she shrugged her head and said ya it is. The soda fountain was not working, again. The burger fell apart in the bun and in the end I had more bun than burger. And all the TV's were turned off when they could have been on and given the place some life. I think this place has new owners and have let the place go down the tubes. Won't be back.

Upstairs neighbour, Pattyshack leaves their exhaust fan on all night on weekends causing tenants upstairs to be unable to sleep. All Manger says is "Move. No one should live above us anyways so just get out, and who cares if we get bylaw tickets for 10k fines owner can afford it." Way to run an business and break noise bylaw 112-82 excessive noise. Thanks for keeping your neighbours up all night. Your service and people skills are lacking most of the employees there are rude and spiteful.

Two words: Yum-yum!
If you want typical 'burger joint' foods, this is where you want to be. Possibly the best poutine I've had outside of Montreal. Fried pickle spears and garlic dip hit the spot. Good service. A bit pricey for what you get, but I"d still go again!
