By far one of the nicest gyms in Red Deer if you are looking for a personalized gym. This place has everything you could possibly want, from basic workout equipment to stuff you might only find in Olympic training facilities. The staff is amazing to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. It's big enough it never feels busy.
