Everyone there is friendly and very knowledgeable of the pets they are caring for. They wont hesitate to help. Highly recommended.

The owner of his place really loves, and knows, his critters. He's always ready to troubleshoot and offer suggestions on already-owned reptiles and he's truely interested in the well being of his animals. I heard him talk a well-meaning parent out of an expensive, more fancy reptile purchase for his young kid, saying that breed wasn't great for first-timers, and instead sold them a less expensive, but more appropriate pet.
Some advice, though, for those wanting a sterile, boutique store; this ain't it. The animals are well cared for, but typical of downtown, the place is small and full to bursting.
I love it here and will be back.

The crickets they sell are lively - my spiders are pleased. Friendly Service, lots of cool critters to look at.

I'd love to visit this store and purchase some worms, but the building is closed and their hours aren't posted anywhere. Not on the storefront, or the website. They don't answer their phone, either. It's ok to be closed on Monday, but I think it's a common courtesy to inform one's potential customers of opening hours.

The most amazing shop full to the brim with beautiful variation. Staffed by people who save and protect animals because they love them so much. My new family member is beautiful and healthy. Thanks for the veiled chameleon!
