Nancy and her friendly staff have been caring for our springer spaniel for over three years. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Finn has been well cared for and we have peace of mind that Nancy can handle any situation that arises. He returns home each day happy and tired.

What a fabulous place for a pup! Our dog Hemingway is very much enjoying his time at Tire Biter. The staff is very accommodating. It would be nice if walk homes were a little cheaper, but the day price is very fair and your pup comes home happy and tired!

The lady who owns the daycare is just a nasty lady. I'm originally from the UK and but live in Toronto. Earlier this year I bought two packages of ten daycare sessions for full and half days each. I used some in the winter as and when they were required but as the weather got better I sent my dog out more with my dog walker as I wanted him to be able to run around in different parks, my parents have also been staying with me all summer so have been helping out, so I don't take him there for a few months. I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago and unfortunately treatment options have run out. With only a few months to live I have made the decision to move back home to the UK and take my dog Echo with me. My mum went to get a refund which would have amounted probably to around $400-$500. Nancy the owner accused my my of lying about my health situation because I hadn't taken Echo there for a long time and In her twisted head I had just changed my mind and just wanted a refund. To think any mother would make up such a story for a few hindered dollars. She said they don't even give refunds if a dog dies. Totally unbelievable rude and a nasty woman. Wouldn't take my dog there if you paid me to. Money minded and doesn't care about the animals clearly. She can keep her money, I'm sure it will make her very happy. I wouldn't trust her with my dog and neither should you. I'd give this place zero stars if the option was available.

This is the only daycare I would ever leave my dog at.
The staff are so kind and reliable and the shop is clean and well maintained.
I trust them 100% to take as good care of my dog, Fudge, as I do.
Thank you Tire Biter!

I wouldn't let these people take my garbage to the curb,I was driving on the 401 highway when one of their vans jumped in my lane forcing myself and my 4 year old daughter into the far lane. If that wasn't enough, he then proceeded into my lane where I was being pushed into a concrete median. He stuck his middle finger at me. When I finally stopped to let him go and get back on the highway, he slowed down and flipped his finger again just in case I didn't see him the first time. I have two dogs also, thankfully they were not in the back of the van. But my 4 year old daughter was. Is this the same kindness for other people what you show to animals?
