I would never wear anything of value to any spa again after going to Chi. I had a Tiffany diamond solitaire necklace stolen at Chi.
I was asked to remove my necklace for a facial treatment. Stupidly I put my necklace in my robe pocket. I forgot about it until I got to my car when I left. The door of the salon was locked when I returned to get it and when I called them from my cell no one answered.
Most salons, I think, would check the pockets of their robes before putting them in their laundry to prevent items like tissues ruining the wash. But the excuse Chi gave me for my missing necklace was that the necklace must have washed down the drain. Please, what a lame excuse!
Very expensive day at the spa!!
