This restaurant was above expectations. The duck crepe was quite mediocre, but the roasted vegetables was excellent! We had the tagliatelle, Scallops, and the Arctic Char. The tagliatelle was great, especially if you love mushrooms. Very rich taste but still had a pretty good balance as not to overpower your palette. The Arctic Char was equally tasty and had great variety with both the rice cake and the two prawns cooked to perfection. The only criticism I had was that the Scallops were slightly overcooked, as common as that is, though it is partly our fault as we didn't let them know so the Grub staff weren't able to fix it. Also, the tagliatelle was on the Luke warm side but again we didn't speak up so no points taken for service. For the desserts, just reading the descriptions alone is enough to let you know you need to get it. The Mexican chocolate pie was rich and unique, definitely a must try. All in all the restaurant is a big thumbs up and a place to keep in mind when going on a romantic date, or really for any special event. Thank you grub, dinner was good!

Great atmosphere, great food, vegan friendly, great service - what more could you want? I had the vegan cannelloni and it was delicious! True sign of a talented chef when they mostly cook animals, but are still capable of making tasty vegan food. Didn't need a reservation but we got there about 6. Would probably need to make a reservation to guarantee a spot given that it is a small location. Will absolutely go back.

Food was great. 3 course meal was great. Nice place for girls night out or for couples. Remember to reserve a table.

We eat here because of the location being close to Nat Bailey Stadium and recommendation of friends. The deck in the back was excellent on a summer evening. All four of us really enjoyed our meals and we each shared our different dishes. Chef is owner and serving staff are proud of the food they serve. Look forward to returning.

Loved everything about this experience! Food was beautiful and fresh, good menu with something for everyone. I had scallops and they were delicious, a small portion but done well! Local beers on tap and the wallpaper is fantastic, go check this out!
